Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iptv-brampton.store website and any subscription service offered through it (collectively, the "Service"). By ordering, activating, accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Provider & jurisdiction

The Service is operated by iptv-brampton.store ("we", "us", "our"), based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) where applicable. The parties agree that the courts of Ontario, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have.

2. The Service

We provide access to an IPTV streaming subscription that gives you the ability to stream live TV channels and on-demand movies and series, delivered over the internet to compatible devices. The Service includes:

• Access to our channel list and video-on-demand library, as described on our homepage at the time of purchase.
• Login credentials that allow you to activate the Service on your chosen device(s).
• Customer support in English via email and WhatsApp.

Channel counts, VOD titles, and specific channels are subject to change without notice due to licensing, technical availability and content-provider decisions. We do not guarantee that any specific channel will remain available for the entire duration of your subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Orders, activation & delivery

Placing an order via our checkout page or WhatsApp constitutes an offer to purchase the Service on these Terms. We accept your offer by sending you your login credentials to the email address and/or WhatsApp number you provided. Delivery is typically within a few minutes of payment being confirmed, but can occasionally take up to 24 hours.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information. We are not liable for delayed activation caused by incorrect information supplied by you.

5. Subscription duration & renewal

Each subscription is a fixed-term, prepaid purchase for the duration you selected at checkout (3, 6, 12 or 24 months, plus any promotional bonus months). Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When your term expires, the Service will stop working until you place a new order.

6. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in EUR (€) on our website. Depending on your payment method, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Applicable taxes, if any, are included in the displayed price unless indicated otherwise at checkout. Consumer transactions in Ontario are subject to the disclosure requirements of the Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

7. 7-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible subscriptions. Full details, eligibility conditions, and how to request a refund are set out in our Refund Policy. This guarantee does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under Ontario or Canadian law.

8. Your account & login credentials

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing your credentials with any person outside your household, publishing them online, or reselling access to your subscription is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, contact us immediately.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or commercialize access to the Service in any form.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive source code from any part of the Service.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to interfere with the Service.
• Bypass, disable, or otherwise circumvent any security, authentication, or geographic restriction of the Service.
• Record, transmit, publicly broadcast or archive content delivered via the Service in violation of applicable copyright law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is in violation of these rules, without refund.

10. Intellectual property

All content made available through the Service — including but not limited to live channel feeds, video-on-demand titles, artwork, branding, code and text — is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws of Canada and other jurisdictions. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view content for personal use only. No other rights are granted.

The name "iptv-brampton.store", our logos, and the design of our website are the property of iptv-brampton.store. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

11. Third-party services & devices

Your ability to use the Service depends on third-party devices, apps (such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, IBO Player Pro), operating systems, and internet service providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or functionality of these third parties. If your internet connection, ISP, device or app is not compatible or is subject to interruptions, the Service may be unavailable or degraded through no fault of ours.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for warranties that cannot be excluded by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, condition, representation or guarantee of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any content delivered through the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In such cases, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall iptv-brampton.store, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors or suppliers be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses;
• Any damage arising from unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your transmissions or data;
• Any statements or conduct of third parties on the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for your current subscription term. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless iptv-brampton.store, its officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund, in the event of a material breach of these Terms — including but not limited to sharing your credentials, reselling access, fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of our staff, or unlawful conduct. You may cancel your subscription at any time by ceasing to use the Service; because subscriptions are prepaid and do not auto-renew, no cancellation notice is required.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the effective date of the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved before the courts of Ontario, Canada. Before filing any claim, we ask you to contact us first at support@iptv-brampton.store — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly.
